The Italian summer masterpiece! A delicious alliance between layers of fried eggplants, mozzarella cheese and tomato sauce. Parmigiana is then baked to well combine flavours and consistencies. Last but not list, a very special touch of basil, which makes it simply divine.
Our wine cellar contains various regional wines to best accompany the main dishes, according to our guests' preferences.
